How the commission will work:
1. To order a commission please message me on any of my social medias; with a clear fullbody references or detail description with images of what you want me to draw for you.
2. You must pay before I start the commission. I do not start until the payment goes through.
3. Before I move onto coloring your commission, I will DM the sketch of your order. Upon receiving the sketch you can request changes or fixtures with the image. I will not start the coloring process until you respond and give me your permission to do so.
4.Once the order is complete I will sent you a PNG file of the image for you to keep! If you would like a print there will be a separate printing fee.Adding On:
~ You can only have two characters per commission but you can order multiple commission of different characters.
~ This is not guaranteed but there may be delays for commission due to school, home life, or demand of commissions/owed art.
~ If you do not give me a background option, I will chose to make it either transparent or choose a random background. It may be a single color determining on what I decide to do.last but not least

General Rules:
~ My prices are guaranteed to change. I may offer discounts for short period of time or raise the prices.
~ I have the right to reject an order for any reason.
~ I do not do refunds unless I have not started the order.
~ I will refund on a partially completed order if there is an emergency and I have not completed the order yet.Payment Methods:
~ I accept only USD via Paypal or Cashapp.
~ Do not send me payment before I have fully discussed your order and agreed to do it.
~ Commissions are payed in full payments. I do not accept partial payments.
~ You are guaranteed on my commission list only when you send full payment.Receiving Commission:
~ Receiving your commission may vary as it could take a few days or up to a month for a commission.
~ I will not work under a deadline unless there has be a requested compromise such as business designs and logos,
~ Once the commission is completed, you will be given a PNG file of your order.
~ Prints are charged separately and buyer must pay for shipping.Editing + Revision:
~ You can request any edits or revision when I send you the sketch of the image.
~ I will not revised any completed piece unless there is a major incident or mistake,
~ You can always check in on your commission as long as you aren't pestering me or rushing me for it's completion. I do not mind if you message me about your commission though !Copyright Information/Usage Rights:
The rights as the Artist:
~ I reserve the right to cancel or refund an commission at any point.
~ I retain all copyright over the commissioned work, but I DO NOT claim the Intellectual Property within the work.
~ I reserve the right to post the work online to any social medias, portfolios, and use in any publications, etc.The rights of the Customer:
~ You can upload your commission to any social medias/sites as long as you credit me
~ You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property within the work.
~ If the art is of a character you are selling, you may hand over that work to the new owner. Please make sure I am credited if they use my art under sites like Toyhou.se, and please contact me and let me know first.
~ DO NOT USE MY WORK FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. You may not use my work in advertising, merchandise, banners, promotions, stickers, etc. Unless I have formed a compromise with you as your artist/designer do not use my art without my permission.Copyright Infringement:
